Buzzing allows users to interact with others. We do not monitor, verify, or take responsibility for user behavior, communication, or any disputes between users.

5. No Responsibility for Third-Party Content
Events and content listed on Buzzing are provided by third parties. We do not verify their accuracy, authenticity, or quality and are not liable for any misleading information.

6. No Responsibility for Ticket Booking
Buzzing may facilitate ticket bookings for events but is not responsible for payment processing, refunds, or any disputes related to ticket purchases. All ticket transactions are handled by third-party event organizers, and users must refer to their policies for cancellations or refunds.

7. No Liability for Damages
Buzzing is not responsible for any loss, injury, damages, or issues arising from the use of the platform, participation in events, or interactions with other users.

8. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. BUZZING TECHNOLOGIES is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of accounts.

9. Changes to Terms
Buzzing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the governing law mention India and PLOT NO 42, SURYODAYA COLONY,  MANSOORABAD, SAROORNAGAR, RANGAREDDY. Any disputes must be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

The business name for the Buzzing mobile and web applications is  “BUZZING TECHNOLOGIES”.
